Red Drink

A few people have been asking about what I’ve been doing to change things up in my life recently and help me make some positive changes. I get compliments like your face is so clear, wow I don’t know how you fit all you do in and your shrinking.

What I did was take a chance on a new naturopath Nicole and I am not looking back. She introduced me to a wholefood drink that she had been giving to her clients in her holistic weight loss group and had been having great success with it.

Prior to taking the drink I was 6months post the delivery of my 3rd child. I had gained quite a bit of weight as I’d had 3 miscarriages prior to this pregnancy and had been doing a lot of emotional eating. During my pregnancy I also had gestational diabetes which was tough on my body.

Through a combination of my yummy red drink twice a day, Nicole’s sessions and the wholistic weight loss program I have noticed many great changes. I am clear in my intentions, have energy to chase after my girls and chase my dreams despite a lack of sleep due to a needy baby and my skin has never been clearer.

In addition I am back in control of my diet and fitting back into more of my clothes every week. To shift weight in the past I would exercise excessively and often end up running myself into the ground. It’s so much more challenging to fit exercise in this time around and so I’m glad I’ve got something to support my diet.

The whole food drink has helped me to cut my sugar and carbs cravings, I just don’t want or need them and I’m making better choices. I’m not snacking, I feel healthier and I am in control of me!

I highly recommend

I'm a mother of 2 beautiful girls and live on a dairy farm with my hardworking husband in South Gippsland. I am a Primary School Teacher with a Major in Physical Education and also a Qualified Personal Trainer with a love of Learning, Health, Fitness and imparting all I know to strengthen the lives, bodies and minds of those around me. These passions and the hunt for a good balance between being a mother, contributing to my community and helping to support my family had me to exploring options and along came Kangatraining! Why Kangatraining when I already work as a personal trainer can be answered in 4 words 'safe for new mothers!' I have lots of mums coming to my mainstream classes but I was not educated enough on what is and is not safe and as much as we say our venue is kid friendly, activities are not structured with the children in mind! This is what I love about Kanga!
